As a Senior Inside Sales Representative, your role involves advanced sales activities, utilizing specialized skills to handle non-standard sales problems. You will evaluate sales inquiries more critically and offer tailored solutions to customers, improving the overall sales process and outcomes.
Responsibilities:
• Handle complex and multifaceted inbound and outbound sales inquiries.
• Evaluate and process high-value customer orders.
• Maintain comprehensive and detailed customer records.
• Identify and qualify high-potential sales leads.
• Record and analyze detailed sales activities.
• Prepare and present sophisticated sales quotes and proposals.
• Resolve complex customer issues with products and services.
• Coordinate with other departments for large orders.
• Support strategic sales initiatives and projects.
• Mentor junior associates and provide guidance.

Compensation:
39,000.00 - 66,000.00 USD
This role is eligible for Commission.
