About this role:
Wells Fargo is seeking a Lead Marketing Consultant on our savings program within the Consumer Banking and Lending (CBL) Organization, with specific focus on growing and retaining deposit balances. This person will be responsible for the execution of cross channel marketing strategies, with the goal of improving customer satisfaction, deepening of relationships and attrition prevention.

In this role, you will:
+ Lead and participate in complex initiatives including those that are cross-functional with broad impact, and act as key participation in large-scale planning for the marketing area
+ Act as key participant in complex marketing analysis, customer retention, customer profile, sales, and profitability for marketing
+ Review and analyze complex multi-faceted, larger scale or longer-term business, operational, or technical challenges that require in-depth evaluation of multiple factors including intangibles or unprecedented factors
+ Make decisions in complex and multi-faceted situations requiring solid understanding of the policies, procedures, and compliance requirements that influence, and lead broader work team to meet deliverables and drive new initiatives related to marketing
+ Strategically collaborate and consult with peers, colleagues, and mid-level managers to senior managers to resolve issues and achieve goals cross enterprise, cross lines of business, vendor relationships, and cross-functional resources on highly complex initiatives to achieve marketing deliverables
+ May lead projects, teams or serve as a peer mentor
Required Qualifications:
+ 5+ years of Marketing, Digital Marketing, Digital Platforms (i.e. Mobile or Social Media) experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
Desired Qualifications:
+ Advanced campaign execution skills, working cross organization and platforms to deliver accurate and on-time marketing initiatives
+ Strong analytical skills with working knowledge of how to execute test/learn strategies
+ Vendor management experience, directing the development of creative assets that meet the desired goals
+ Demonstrated experience implementing multi‑channel marketing initiatives that drive product engagement while balancing growth objectives, timelines, and strategic alignment in accordance with channel governance and best practices
+ Proven ability to develop and execute a robust test‑and‑learn strategy, with emphasis on creative optimization to enhance customer experience and drive acceptance
+ Ability to effectively navigate established campaign execution processes while consistently delivering high‑quality work and identifying opportunities to improve efficiency, minimize operational risk, and accelerate speed‑to‑market
+ Experience leading campaign submissions within formal operational workflows, ensuring alignment with marketing campaign management standards and requirements
+ Experience coordinating with external vendors to manage creative asset delivery and maintain accuracy throughout pre‑launch and post‑launch processes
+ Demonstrated success managing internal approvals, including legal and compliance reviews, with a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail
+ Experience documenting launch readiness and actively monitoring campaigns during production to ensure successful execution
+ Strong capability in validating creative assets through testing to ensure best practices, accuracy, functionality, and proper tracking implementation
+ Strong analytical skills with the ability to assess campaign performance, interpret results, and refine creative and channel strategies to improve customer engagement and outcomes
+ Previous experience within the financial services industry
Job Expectations:
+ Ability to travel up to 10% of the time
+ This position offers a hybrid work schedule

Reflected is the base pay range offered for this position. Pay may vary depending on factors including but not limited to achievements, skills, experience, or work location. The range listed is just one component of the compensation package offered to candidates.
$100,000.00 - $196,000.00
