Now Hiring: Parking Lot Enforcement Ambassador – Charlotte, NC

$23/hour + Mileage Reimbursement | Full-Time | Reports to Charlotte Area Manager

What You’ll Be Doing:

- Team Leadership: Schedule, supervise, and support enforcement staff.

- Operational Oversight: Monitor lots and garages including cleanliness, coordinate towing, and enforce regulations.

- Citation Management: Process citations and appeals using PARCS software.

- Customer Support: Assist monthly permit holders and address concerns at select locations.

- Reporting: Track trends, generate reports, and collaborate with internal and external teams.

What You Bring to the Table:

- High school diploma (college a plus!)

- Experience in parking enforcement, security, or operations.

- Strong leadership and organizational skills.

- Tech-savvy, especially with PARCS or similar systems.

- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
