    About the Role:

    We are looking for a detail-oriented Funder to join our team. This role involves preparing contract packages, entering data accurately, and working closely with dealers to ensure smooth processing. You will handle administrative tasks, phone calls, and paperwork verification while maintaining compliance with federal and state lending requirements.

    Key Responsibilities:

    + Review and prepare contract packages for accuracy and completeness.

    + Verify forms, signatures, and correct dealer errors as needed.

    + Enter data into systems with precision and efficiency.

    + Process check requisitions and perform research when required.

    + Communicate effectively with dealers and internal teams to resolve issues.

    Qualifications:

    + Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience in finance or accounting (BA/BS preferred).

    + Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel).

    + Strong written and verbal communication skills.

    + High attention to detail and ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

    Pay Range:

    + Bachelor’s Degree: $21.50/hour

    + Less than 3 years of desired experience: $21.50/hour

    + 3+ years of desired experience: $23.00/hour

    Work Schedule:

    + Monday–Friday: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM

    + Overtime may be required on weekdays and/or Saturdays based on business needs.

    Pay and Benefits

    The pay range for this position is $18.50 - $23.50/hr.
