Job Summary
The Technical Delivery Manager is responsible for overseeing the successful execution of complex technical projects, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality solutions. This role bridges the gap between technical teams and stakeholders, utilizing a deep understanding of both technical domains and project management methodologies to navigate challenges and drive project completion.
Duties and Responsibilities (other duties as assigned)
Project Planning and Execution
+ Manage the entire delivery process, including timelines, resource allocation, risk mitigation, and quality control.
+ Develop detailed project plans and ensure adherence to schedules.
Technical Expertise
+ Provide guidance on technical decision-making and problem-solving.
+ Ensure the use of best practices and innovative solutions in project execution.
Stakeholder Communication
+ Act as a liaison between technical teams, product owners, business stakeholders, and other departments.
+ Ensure clear communication and alignment on project goals and progress.
Agile Methodology
+ Facilitate collaboration and continuous improvement within the development team.
+ Implement and manage Agile processes to enhance project delivery.
Performance Monitoring
+ Track project progress, identify potential risks, and take corrective actions to maintain delivery on schedule and within budget.
+ Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and report on project status.
