DESCRIPTION:
Duties: Drive strategic initiatives to streamline the investment review process focusing on enhancements to the investment's performance analytics offering and automation opportunities to improve efficiency, accuracy and time savings. Collaborate with global cross functional teams including Technology, Product, Operations, Legal, Compliance, and Business, to implement strategic solutions and support Wealth Management initiatives. Drive end-to-end product delivery and project management, including milestone setting, progress tracking, and communication of weekly project status updates to product cabinet and stakeholders. Partner with stakeholders to develop core business requirements, facilitate design working group sessions, and develop and maintain test plans and scripts for user testing. Drive user acceptance testing (UAT) and production testing life cycles for investments performance applications, logging and tracking enhancements/ defects, and driving design review sessions. Support change management and Controls activities, including documenting and evidencing change management control forms and assisting with implementation efforts. Maintain project scorecards and key metrics for senior management, providing ad hoc data research and analysis as needed. Assist in training and communication efforts to Business users, for new performance reporting applications and feature enhancements.
QUALIFICATIONS:
Minimum education and experience required: Bachelor's degree in any field of study plus 7 years of experience in the job offered or as Product Delivery, Project Manager, or related occupation. Employer will accept a 3 or 4-year Bachelor's degree. The employer will alternatively accept a Master's degree in any field of study plus 5 years of experience in the job offered or as Product Delivery, Project Manager, or related occupation.
Skills Required: This position requires experience with the following: Performance measurement and portfolio analytics including attribution, contribution, and ex-post risk analysis; Product delivery and project management of strategic deliverables including monitoring and governance of projects; Designing implementation plans and developing user acceptance test procedures; Performing data analysis on client investment accounts and market indices and benchmarks, data manipulation, and data design flow using Visio, Excel including Pivot tables and charts, and advanced formulas and functions including VLOOKUP, SUMIFS, COUNTIFS, index-match, data validation feature, dynamic arrays, conditional formatting, charts, and graphs, VBA and macros; Conducting business analysis for technology development using tools including Alteryx, Python and Tableau; Developing and communicating business requirements and performing business analysis for Technology software development; Assessing software development, data analytics, and technology integration, with a focus on performance measurement and analysis.

Full-Time. Salary: $156,645 - $187,500 per year.
