    As Park Studios grows, we’re looking for a creative, detail-oriented Graphic Design Associate to help us establish and maintain our house of brands. The Graphic Design Associate’s responsibilities include iterating layouts, advancing content, ensuring brand standards, and putting the finishing touches on creative projects. To be a successful graphic production artist, you should be creative, computer savvy, and meticulous. Ultimately, a top-notch production artist is an expert with digital interfaces, can work well under stress and keep to deadlines, and has a keen eye for details, no matter how small.

    How You'll Create Possibilities

    RESPONSIBILITIES:

    + Iterate, refine, and finalize graphic designs from concept through production, ensuring files are fully press- or platform-ready for both print and digital execution.

    + Collaborate closely with the creative team to align on design direction, including typography, layout, color, and visual style, while maintaining a flexible, solutions-first approach to shifting priorities and requests.

    + Retouch and enhance digital imagery to ensure high-quality visuals that meet creative intent and elevate the final deliverable across platforms.

    + Maintain strict adherence to brand standards and style guidelines, ensuring visual consistency, accuracy, and quality across all creative assets.

    + Proof and quality-check files prior to release, reviewing for accuracy, alignment, readability, formatting integrity, and consistency to minimize errors and ensure confidence in distribution.

    + Manage production-ready files and deliverables, including resizing, formatting, exporting, and optimizing assets for multiple formats and channels, while proactively troubleshooting technical issues as they arise.

    + Organize, archive, and maintain digital and print files within internal systems, ensuring assets are properly labeled, version-controlled, easy to retrieve, and aligned with workflow best practices.

    + Identify and resolve technical and design-related challenges throughout the production process, applying strong problem-solving skills to deliver efficient, high-quality digital solutions.

     

    What You'll Bring to Our Team

    QUALIFICATIONS:

    + Bachelor's degree in graphic design or a related field

    + 1 year of relevant work experience within an agency or creative team

    + Experience with Adobe Photoshop, InDesign, and Illustrator required

    + Pre-press and AI experience preferred

    + Basic writing, communication, and grammar skills

    + Artistic expertise in color, composition, shape, and visual design

    + Collaborative, passionate and self-motivated

    + Strong communication and organizational skills to work efficiently and effectively

    + Ability to multitask, manage simultaneous projects and meet tight deadlines
