We are seeking a **Mechanical Engineer / Project Manager** to join our high-performing team at a leading industrial manufacturing facility. What You’ll Do
As a Mechanical Engineer / Project Manager, you will:
+ **Lead and manage projects** from concept through completion, ensuring timelines, budgets, and quality standards are met.
+ **Design and optimize mechanical systems** for industrial equipment and processes, focusing on reliability, safety, and performance.
+ **Collaborate cross-functionally** with operations, maintenance, and leadership teams to implement solutions that enhance productivity.
+ **Drive continuous improvement initiatives** using data-driven analysis and lean manufacturing principles.
+ **Oversee vendor relationships** and manage procurement for project-related materials and equipment.
+ **Ensure compliance** with all safety, environmental, and regulatory standards.
What We’re Looking For
+ **Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering** or related field.
+ **Proven experience** in mechanical design and project management within an industrial or manufacturing environment.
+ Strong knowledge of **CAD software** , mechanical systems, and industrial processes.
+ Excellent **leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills** .
+ Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced setting.
