To achieve the ambitious objectives of our recently acquired company in Itasca (Roadside Protect Inc.), we are looking for a Forecasting Analyst to join our Workforce Management team. Roadside Protect is a strong provider of towing and roadside administration services in the U.S. and Canada, and we are committed to delivering an excellent emergency roadside assistance experience for our customers. By connecting both companies, Roadside Protect's deep regional industry knowledge is brought together with Bosch’s technology and service expertise, and global service setup.

Job Description
The Senior Sales Manager reports to the Director of Sales & Business Development for Roadside Protect and is responsible for driving business growth. This critical role focuses on driving profitable revenue growth within the Automotive and Insurance industries. This is accomplished through a deep understanding of the Roadside Assistance market, a proven track record of closing complex deals, and a passion for building strategic partnerships. This is an individual contributor role with no direct reports, offering autonomy to build and manage your sales pipeline and key accounts directly.
**POSITION RESSPONSIBILITIES** (In detail, the general tasks, and objectives of this position are):
+ Strategic Account Acquisition & Development:
+ Identify, target, and acquire new key accounts within the Automotive and Insurance industries, leveraging your extensive industry network.
+ Develop and nurture long-term strategic relationships with clients, ensuring high satisfaction and retention.
+ Navigate complex sales cycles, from initial contact to contract closure.
+ Demonstrate strong understanding of customer pain points to develop tailored Roadside Assistance solutions.
+ Sales Strategy & Execution:
+ Own the entire sales process: prospecting, lead generation, pipeline management, and forecasting.
+ Conduct compelling sales presentations and business reviews for C-level executives.
+ Collaborate with internal teams to develop comprehensive proposals and contracts.
+ Drive new customer acquisition targets and contribute significantly to profitable revenue growth and market share expansion.
+ Market Intelligence & Positioning:
+ Monitor market trends, competitive activities, and technological advancements within the Roadside Assistance, Automotive, and Insurance sectors.
+ Provide valuable insights to refine service offerings and market positioning.
+ Represent the company at industry events to promote our brand and identify new opportunities.

Qualifications
+ REQUIRED Industry Experience: 10+ years of progressive sales experience within the Roadside Assistance industry, specifically selling to automotive customers and/or Insurance carriers.
+ Bachelor’s in business administration, marketing, or a related field.
+ Proven track record of success in new customer acquisition and significant revenue expansion within existing accounts.
+ Demonstrated ability to close complex, multi-year contracts with large enterprise clients (OEMs, FMCs, vehicle service contract administrators, insurers).
+ Exceptional negotiation and closing skills with a "get-it-done" sales mentality.
+ Strong business acumen and strategic thinking.
+ Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
+ Highly organized, self-motivated, and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
+ Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce) is a plus.
+ Willingness and ability to travel as required for customer needs and industry events.
