    Position: Sales Representative Compensation: Lucrative commission-based compensation (successful reps hitting goals earn over $200,000, top performers earn over $300,000!) Experience: At least 3 years of commissioned sales experience preferred

    What You’ll Do:

    + Engage with potential buyers, showcasing our beautiful new homes

    + Provide exceptional customer service throughout the sales process

    + Collaborate with our marketing team to generate leads

    + Establish rapport and conduct needs analysis to help customers achieve the American dream

    Qualifications:

    + At least 3 years of commissioned sales experience preferred

    + Strong interpersonal skills and a customer-centric mindset

    + Tenacity and drive to meet and exceed sales targets

    + Organizational skills to manage leads and follow-ups effectively

    + Current top performers have come from luxury sales, pharmaceuticals, high end auto, or cellular sales
