Hours/Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8 am to 5 pm
Type: Contract
Overview
The Supply Chain Program Manager leads complex, end-to-end supply chain initiatives within the Supply Chain Project Management Office (PMO). This role is responsible for driving strategic programs from early assessment through execution, ensuring alignment across plants, functions, and leadership while delivering measurable business outcomes.
Responsibilities
+ Lead supply chain initiatives from assessment through execution using established project and program management frameworks.
+ Define program scope, deliverables, timelines, and resource requirements in partnership with functional leaders.
+ Build, lead, and direct cross-functional project teams across plants and business units.
+ Assess current-state gaps, identify risks and dependencies, and prioritize initiatives within broader programs.
+ Establish program governance, tracking mechanisms, and reporting to ensure visibility of progress, risks, and outcomes.
+ Drive stakeholder engagement and transparent communication with Supply Chain and Pillar leadership.
+ Coordinate and lead change management activities associated with program implementation.
+ Sequence and integrate initiatives across multiple plants or businesses to support end-to-end optimization.
+ Develop post-program sustainment plans and support smooth operational transitions.
Qualifications Must Have
+ Bachelor’s degree.
+ 7+ years of experience in Supply Chain with strong business acumen.
+ Demonstrated project or program management experience, including use of structured management frameworks.
+ Ability to lead and influence cross-functional teams across organizational and plant boundaries.
+ Experience navigating ambiguous or uncertain situations and driving projects to completion.
+ Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.
Nice to Have
+ Experience managing end-to-end (E2E) supply chain processes.
+ Experience leading horizontal management model (HMM) or similar enterprise initiatives.
+ Familiarity with Smartsheet or similar project management tools.
+ Operating Unit or Pillar-level initiative management experience.
+ Change management experience within large, matrixed organizations.
