Job Title:

Assembler – Senior

Reports To:

Assembly Manufacturing Supervisor

Position Summary:

Responsible for assembling industrial equipment and components with minimal supervision while ensuring safety, quality, and efficiency.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities:

+ Follow all HSE guidelines and maintain a safe, clean work environment.

+ Assemble major components using schematic diagrams and general arrangement drawings.

+ Operate hoists, cranes, and lifting equipment; perform rigging tasks.

+ Utilize hand and power tools; capable of tack welding and pressure testing.

+ Complete safety, production, and quality documentation accurately.

+ Troubleshoot assembly issues and participate in continuous improvement activities.

+ Train other employees and assist in developing improved work processes.

Required Skills & Experience:

+ 2+ years in a manufacturing or assembly environment. (Big Assembly exp)

+ Ability to read schematics, P&ID drawings, and use measuring tools.

+ Forklift certification required; knowledge of man lift operation preferred.

+ Strong understanding of OSHA regulations and PPE compliance.

+ Ability to lift up to 50 lbs, work at heights, and in varying weather conditions.

+ High school diploma or equivalent; vocational/technical training a plus.
