    Technical Lead – Wealth Management Division (Dallas, TX)

As a Technical Lead, you’ll shape architecture, mentor developers, and stay hands-on with cutting-edge tools.

    What You’ll Do

    + Build and evolve full-stack applications using a modern tech stack (Angular/React, Node.js, AWS ECS, AWS Lambda).

    + Stay hands-on with development about 60% of the time while guiding architecture and technical decisions.

    + Mentor developers and foster a culture of innovation, quality, and continuous improvement.

    + Drive technical roadmaps and front-run emerging technologies to keep our platforms modern and scalable.

    + Deliver secure, performant, and accessible solutions that empower advisors and clients.

    + Explore AI-driven development and embedded solutions when and where it makes sense.

    What We’re Looking For

    + Expert-level development skills in TypeScript (or highly proficient in JavaScript)

    + Strong foundation in modern frameworks (Angular or React).

    + Proven ability to design and deliver robust, scalable solutions - anticipating edge cases and ensuring reliability from the start.

    + Solid experience with AWS services (ECS, Lambda, API Gateway, S3, DynamoDB) and cloud-native patterns.

    + Strong knowledge of REST/microservices and backend technologies (Node.js/Java).

    + Familiarity with enterprise CI/CD tools (priority given to GitHub Actions).

    + Demonstrated technical leadership - mentoring developers and guiding architectural decisions.

    + A mindset for continuous improvement and innovation.

    + 8+ years of software development experience, including 1+ years as a technical lead.

    Qualifications

    + Minimum of eight years related work experience, with at least three years of development experience.

    + Undergraduate degree or equivalent combination of training and experience. Graduate degree preferred.
