    Core Responsibilities

    + Advises business units and liaises with stakeholders and risk partners.

    + Manages regulatory visits, inquiries, and investigations; guides mitigation of compliance risks.

    + Directs design and upkeep of compliance policies and procedures, and supports new standards.

    + Implements corrective actions to resolve issues.

    + Oversees operational efficiency and sets measurable standards using available resources.

    + Acts as a compliance expert.

    + Contributes to special projects and other assigned duties.

    Qualifications

    +

     

    + Minimum of five years related work experience, with at least two years within a financial services compliance function.

    + Undergraduate degree or equivalent combination of training and experience.
