Role Summary:

Run MBP workstreams (Deposits, Lending, Customer, Organization Admin), manage vendors, sprints, and environment readiness.

Responsibilities:

Configure MBP administration modules (Deposit Administration, Customer Administration, Organization Administration).

Coordinate API integrations with channels, CRM, risk/fraud, treasury.

Own SIT/UAT planning, NFR testing (latency, throughput, DR/failover), and release trains.

Must-Have Skills:

Hands-on MBP configuration and environment/data setup.

Ability to map legacy features to MBP components and servicing flows.

Nice-to-Have Skills:

Analytics exposure; backlog grooming with business; low-risk MVP launches.

Tech Stack & Middleware:

MBP APIs & events; API gateway; service mesh; telemetry/logging; Azure DevOps/GitHub Actions.

Outcomes:

Stable releases; integrated channels; operational readiness and user adoption.

Salary and Other Compensation:

Applications will be accepted until Jan 12th 2025.

The annual salary for this position is between $ 90,000 K -$ 153,000K depending on experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.

This position is also eligible for Cognizant’s discretionary annual incentive program, based on performance and subject to the terms of Cognizant’s applicable plans
