    About the Role

     

    We are seeking a **Lead Business Operations Analyst** to join our dynamic team and drive operational excellence across business processes. This role will serve as a strategic partner to leadership, leveraging data-driven insights to optimize workflows, improve efficiency, and support key business initiatives.

    Key Responsibilities

    + **Operational Strategy & Analysis:**

    + Develop and implement business operations strategies aligned with organizational goals.

    + Analyze complex data sets to identify trends, inefficiencies, and opportunities for improvement.

    + **Process Optimization:**

    + Design and enhance operational processes to improve scalability and performance.

    + Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline workflows and reduce bottlenecks.

    + **Reporting & Metrics:**

    + Create dashboards and reports to monitor KPIs, financial performance, and operational health.

    + Present actionable insights and recommendations to senior leadership.

    + **Project Management:**

    + Lead and manage operational projects from initiation to completion.

    + Ensure timely delivery of initiatives while maintaining quality standards.

    + **Stakeholder Collaboration:**

    + Act as a liaison between business units and technology teams to ensure alignment.

    + Facilitate communication and decision-making across departments.

    Qualifications

    **Education:** Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or related field (MBA preferred).

    Experience:

    + 7+ years of experience in business operations, analytics, or related roles within a technology company.

    + Proven track record of leading operational improvement initiatives.

    Skills:

    + Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with proficiency in data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).

    + Advanced Excel and SQL knowledge; familiarity with ERP systems is a plus.

    + Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

    + Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving environment.

    Preferred Attributes

    + Experience in SaaS or cloud-based technology environments.

    + Knowledge of financial modeling and budgeting processes.

    + Strong leadership and mentoring capabilities.

     

    Adherence to client EHS and site access policies.
