JOB SUMMARY:

The Heat Seal Press Operator level 1 is responsible for transferring heat applied decorations to product while maintaining a high level of quality and production.

SCHEDULE:

+ 3:30 pm – 12:00 am Monday – Friday with Overtime (during the week) as required.

COMPENSATION: The hourly pay range reflects the actual compensation that Ahead, LLC; the employer reasonably expects to pay for the position at the time of hire. The final offer will be determined by a candidate's experience, skills, and qualifications.

+ $17.00 - $18.00 per hour

SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES:

+ None

DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES:

+ Meet and exceed production standards.

+ Meet and exceed quality standards.

+ Verifying products and components are correct for order.

+ Prepare products for production.

+ Prepare heat press for production.

+ Ensure excellent quality for decorations/products produced.

REQUIRED SKILLS/ABILITIES:

+ Ability to read instructions in English.

+ Possess a positive attitude.

+ Excellent attention to detail.

+ Ability to solve problems.

+ Ability to multi-task under pressure in a fast-paced environment.

+ Must possess initiative, energy, and drive.

+ Excellent organizational skills.

+ Ability to perform quality control.

+ Ability to maintain good working relationships with co-workers and management.

+ Additional duties as assigned.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:

+ High school diploma or GED.

+ Manufacturing experience preferred.

PHYSICAL DEMANDS:

+ Ability to stand for extended periods of time.

+ Ability to move around the facility.

+ Ability to move, reach, kneel and crouch.

+ Ability to use hands, fingers, and arms to touch, handle, pinch, or grasp.

+ Ability to lift 50 pounds.

+ Ability to wear Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) as needed.

WORK ENVIRONMENT:

+ Exposure to moderate noise level.

VISION REQUIREMENT:

+ Close vision

+ Color vision

+ Ability to adjust focus.

PERSONAL PROTECTIVE EQUIPMENT:

+ Closed toe footwear is required when entering the Production Floor.
