Job Overview
**Position Schedule:** Full-Time
This job posting is anticipated to remain open for 30 days, from 07-Jan-2026. The posting may close early due to the volume of applicants.
• Act as the service relationship manager for multiple product partners or vendors tosupport appropriate products, services and tools for branches; and to execute joint business strategies with Client Solutions Group and Operations to meet client needs.
• Conduct periodic reviews of product partner service and operational support and address feedback with product partners; ensure product partners service levels and key operational metrics are being met. Maintain working relationship with Relationship, Operational and Service Managers for each product partner and work directly through
these relationships to support our branches.
• Gather and analyze information and provide recommendations to address and resolve complex Financial Advisor and/or client questions/issues.
• Provide counsel and training to Financial Advisors and branch teams on advanced client scenarios and solutions, suitability guidance, and marketing strategies.
• Coordinate with other departments and divisions on product launches and changes, travel, operational/service meetings and training for the firm.
• Identify, analyze and recommend solutions for contact drivers, process and/or systems to drive greater department efficiency and effectiveness.
• Identify and recommend solutions for product partners to enhance process and/or systems to benefit branch and client needs.
• Provide support for new firm technology initiatives to drive innovation around product partner support.
• Collaborate with the products areas to ensure alignment of product partner, client, and branch-facing messages.
• The position requires extensive breadth and depth of the products we offer, systems, processes, and guidelines across divisions and multiple departments. Daily interaction with Product Partners, Client Solutions Group, Field Supervision, Compliance, Legal, Operations, and Product Review.
• Assists in the development and delivery of training materials for suitability guidance and marketing strategies to branch teams and associates in the area.
• Serve as mentor/trainer in the development of new Service Relationship Managers or similar level associates in the area.

Skills/Requirements
• Minimum 4 years of operations or service experience with applicable products internally and/or externally required.
• Technical product knowledge required in Employer Sponsored Retirement Plans.
• Ability to apply product and technical knowledge to client situations.
• Ability to explain concepts in an understandable and actionable manner.
• Cross-functional knowledge of service, processes and systems.
• Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Must have ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast paced high volume environment.
• Must have ability to understand client needs and the ability to seek out solutions.
• Must have strong analytical skills.
• The position requires extensive breadth and depth of the products we offer, systems, processes, and procedural guidelines across divisions and multiple departments.
• Knowledge of industry trends and ability to apply.
Preferred:
• Previous relationship manager or case manager experience preferred.
• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Product specific licenses preferred.
• Series 7 and 66 licenses preferred.
• Industry certificates and designations preferred
Candidates that live within a commutable distance from our Tempe, AZ or St Louis, MO home office locations are expected to work within the office 3 days per week, with the preference for Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday. Starting on 6/1/25 the hybrid arrangement will switch to 4 days in office, 1 day at home.
