    About the role

     

    As a **Full Stack Lead** , you will make an impact by designing, developing, and maintaining robust, scalable, and secure applications that power business-critical solutions. You will be a valued member of our **Technology & Engineering** team and collaborate closely with product managers, designers, and other developers to deliver high-quality software.

    In this role, you will:

    + Design, develop, and maintain applications using **Java J2EE** , **Spring Boot** , and **Microservices** .

    + Build and optimize **RESTful APIs** and microservices to support front-end applications and third-party integrations.

    + Develop user interfaces using one of the modern front-end frameworks such as **React** or **Vue.js** .

    + Build connections to **Test Data Management tools** like **GenRocket** to provide self-service capabilities for generating synthetic data.

    + Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code following best practices and coding standards.

    + Perform unit testing, integration testing, and debugging to ensure application reliability and performance.

    + Monitor and improve application performance, scalability, and security.

    + Participate in code reviews, technical discussions, and team meetings to share knowledge and improve processes.

    + Stay updated with emerging technologies and frameworks to continuously enhance development practices.

     

    Work model

     

    We strive to provide flexibility wherever possible. Based on this role’s business requirements, this is a **hybrid position** requiring a **3 days a week in Plano Texas** . Regardless of your working arrangement, we support a healthy work-life balance through our wellbeing programs.

    What you need to have to be considered

    + **At least 8+ years of experience as Full Stack Developer** with expertise in **Java J2EE** and one front-end technology ( **React,** or **Vue.js** ).

    + Strong understanding of object-oriented programming principles.

    + Hands-on experience with **Spring Boot** , **Spring MVC** , and related Spring modules (e.g., Spring Security, Spring Data).

    + Experience building and consuming **RESTful APIs** and working with **JSON/XML** .

    + Familiarity with relational databases (e.g., **MySQL** , **PostgreSQL** ) and ORM frameworks like **Hibernate** .

    + Experience with **microservices architecture** and containerization tools like **Docker** .

    + Proficiency in version control systems like **Git** .

    + Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently or as part of a team.

    + Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

    These will help you stand out

    + Experience with **AWS cloud platform** .

    + Knowledge of **CI/CD pipelines** and tools like **Jenkins** or **GitLab CI** .

    + Understanding of **Agile/Scrum methodologies** .

    + Scripting experience in **Python** .

    + Familiarity with **Test Data Management tools** such as **GenRocket** .
