    Scope of Job

     

    study and understand graduate program requirements

    Discipline Specific Required Qualifications

    + Updates course content within the Learning Management System.

    + Provides assistance within a Help Desk setting focused on a specific task or subject matter.

    + Provides computer support that requires general computer knowledge and skills.

    + Troubleshoot Learning Management Systems and other integrated technologies.

    + Learning Management System training and technical support to end-users such as faculty, staff, and students.

    + Create manuals and instructional material intended for faculty, staff, and students.

    + Makes course materials accessible within the Learning Management System.

    + Tailor communication style and troubleshooting delivery to match the knowledge or skill level of end user.

    + Communicate in an open, engaging, and helpful tone across all channels, including email, ticketing system, and phone calls.

    + May be required to assist with special projects.

    + Assists with basic administrative functions of an office.

    + Greets visitors and provides information to students, faculty, staff, and the general public regarding department services, policies, and procedures.

    + Performs other duties as assigned.

    + Regular department business hours: Monday-Friday 8:00 am – 5:00 pm

    + Tentative work schedule: (Required availability in between our regular business hours)
