    The Role

     

    Amphenol Aerospace Operations is seeking aDistribution Specialist to work out of its state-of-the-art facility inSidney, NY.

    The key responsibilities of this Distribution Specialistinclude, but are not limited to:

    + Provide analysis on projects to optimize channel network, pricing and competitive advantage decisions as it applies to distribution

    + Assist in generating monthly sales pipeline to support orders budget

    + Provide monthly reports and analysis on POS, inventory and bookings

    + Generate quarterly product profiles across multiple products to support proper inventory alignment

    + Prepare data and analysis to support quarterly business reviews with channel partners

    + Prepare distribution related content for Amphenol Operations reviews, budget and strategic meetings

    + Develop relationships with Amphenol Regional Distribution Sales Managers and distribution partners through training & visits

    + Participate in internal Amphenol distribution meetings

    + Coordinate distribution training materials, programs and systems

    + Contractual return administration and discrepancy resolution

    + Navigate Service Requests with the engineering team

    Salary: $62,354 - $67,000

     

    The Person

    The key skills and qualities of a at Amphenol Aerospace Operations:

    + Bachelor’s degree in a related field

    + Strong analytical and interpersonal skills

    + Ability to multi-task while working in a fast-paced environment

    + Ability to develop a working knowledge of the Amphenol Distribution network

    + Proficiency in AS400 system tools, Microsoft Office, and data analysis

    + Prolonged periods of sitting, typing, and computer usage

    + Ability to travel (10%)
