    As a **Material Handler** here at Honeywell, you will play a vital role in ensuring the efficient movement and management of materials within our operations. Your expertise will be essential in supporting our supply chain and logistics efforts, contributing to the overall success of our business.

     

    You will report directly to our Warehouse Supervisor and you’ll work out of our Northford, CT location on a On-site work schedule.

     

    In this role, you will impact the efficiency of our operations by ensuring timely and accurate handling of materials, which is crucial for meeting production schedules and customer demands.

    KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

    + Receive, inspect, and store incoming materials and products.

    + Prepare and package materials for shipment to customers or other locations.

    + Maintain accurate inventory records and assist in inventory audits.

    YOU MUST HAVE

    + 6+ years of proven experience in material handling or logistics.

    + Strong knowledge of inventory management systems and practices.

    + Ability to operate material handling equipment such as forklifts and pallet jacks.

    + Familiarity with safety regulations and best practices in a warehouse environment.

    + High school diploma or equivalent.

    + Experience in a manufacturing or warehouse environment.

    + Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.

    + Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
