The Business Development Intern will support strategic initiatives that drive growth and innovation. This role offers hands-on experience in market analysis, strategic planning, and partnership development. The intern will collaborate with cross-functional teams to assist in evaluating new business opportunities and preparing insights for leadership.

**Location:** Phoenix, AZ

• Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify trends and opportunities.

• Assist in developing strategic plans and business models for new initiatives.

• Support M&A and licensing projects through data gathering and preliminary analysis.

• Prepare presentations, reports, and dashboards for senior leadership.

• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure alignment on business development goals.

• Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute innovative ideas for growth.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

+ Currently enrolled in a Master’s program (MBA or related field preferred)

+ Must graduate December 2026 or later

+ Must continue enrollment in degree program upon completion of the internship

+ Validated academic excellence (3.0 GPA and higher)

+ Due to compliance with U.S. export control laws and regulations, candidate must be a U.S. citizen, U.S. permanent resident, or have asylum or refugee status in the U.S.

WE VALUE

+ Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

+ Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).

+ Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

+ Ability to work independently and in a team environment.

+ Familiarity with financial modeling and valuation techniques.

+ Knowledge of business development processes, mergers & acquisitions, or licensing.

+ Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau) is a plus.
