We’re seeking an experienced recruiter to help us identify, attract, and hire top talent to power our Snacking Powerhouse vision. As a Talent Acquisition Specialist, you’ll lead full-cycle recruiting for our Flex Force team at Hershey Chocolate World (HCW). This includes sourcing and assessing candidates for current and future roles, as well as planning and hosting onsite job fairs. You’ll deliver exceptional candidate experience while serving as a trusted partner to hiring teams throughout the process. Leveraging advanced recruitment technology, you’ll play a key role in shaping the future of talent acquisition at Hershey. * Role Responsibilities*: * Coordinates the Flex Force hiring process for HCW, facilitates flex force requisitions from open to close, and acts as the point of contact for managers on the recruitment process. Responsible for phone screening candidates; moving candidates through the system(s), including processing offer detail and new hire forms as well as background checks; I-9 and sign-up process; scheduling Traditions, HCW’s New Hire Orientation, and serving as the main point of contact for the candidate as they work through the onboarding process. Will also act as the HCW key contact for SuccessFactors, working with TA Ops as needed, to modify the system to meet the unique needs of the HCW business and to resolve issues. * Administers SuccessFactors data entry and reporting. Produces both standard and customized employment reports as needed. Reviews reports with Sr. HRBP and/or Managers and distributes as appropriate. * Trains managers in the scheduling of interviews and phone screening. Follow up with managers and HR team to provide status and feedback on open roles. * Responsible for the planning of HCW Job Fairs.
