We’re seeking an experienced and inspiringDirector of Nursing (DON)to lead our nursing team, champion quality care, and create an environment where both residents and staff thrive.

    What You’ll Do:

    + Provide strategic leadership for all nursing services

    + Ensure compliance with state, federal, and regulatory standards

    + Mentor and develop nursing staff to achieve excellence

    + Collaborate with physicians, residents, and families to promote positive outcomes

    + Manage staffing, budgeting, and departmental operations

    What We’re Looking For:

    + Active RN License in PA (BSN preferred)

    + Five years of l eadership experience in along-term care/senior living/CCRC/SNFis requir

    + In-depth knowledge of clinical regulations and compliance

    + A compassionate leader with a passion for senior care
