Job Overview
Ebenezer is looking for a Front of House Supervisor. This position assists the Director of Nutrition by overseeing Nutrition Services dining team members, including scheduling, organizing, training, ensuring proper food handling and sanitation practices, and promoting a safe work environment.
This full-time position includes:
+ 80 hours every two weeks
+ Day/evening hours

Responsibilities:
+ Lead and direct team members
+ Serve meals and ensure the dining area is clean and inviting
+ Promotes and encourages positive resident relations and satisfaction
+ Provides support and direction to dietary assistants
+ Acts as lead for dining staff
+ Supports the director to ensure quality culinary outcomes
Required Qualifications
+ One to Three Years
+ Certified Food Protection Manager Certificate within 90 Days
Preferred Qualifications
+ Three to Five Years
+ Working knowledge of basic Microsoft applications
