    Your main tasks and responsibilities:

    + Develop and execute procurement strategies for rotating equipment, spare parts, and maintenance services.

    + Manage the end-to-end procurement process, including sourcing, negotiation, and contract management.

    + Identify and evaluate suppliers to ensure quality, reliability, and cost-effectiveness.

    + Monitor market trends and assess risks to maintain competitive pricing and supply continuity.

    + Collaborate with internal stakeholders to forecast demand and establish purchasing plans.

    + Ensure compliance with legal, ethical, and company standards in all procurement activities.

    + Maintain accurate records of purchases, pricing, and supplier performance.

    + Drive cost-saving initiatives and continuous improvement in procurement processes.

    + Resolve issues related to delivery, quality, or payment disputes with suppliers.

    To succeed in this role, you will need:

    + Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field preferred.

    + Minimum 7 years in procurement or supply chain management, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.

    + Strong negotiation and contract management skills.

    + Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.

    + Proficiency in procurement software and ERP systems.

    + Knowledge of relevant regulations and compliance standards.

    + Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
