Summary You will serve as a SUPERVISORY ADMINISTRATIVE/TECHNICAL SPECIALIST in the Rapid Mission Integration and Interoperability Department (MX), Expeditionary Electromagnetic Warfare Division (MXQ), Business Operations Branch (MXQB) of NAVAL SURFACE WARFARE CENTER. The salary range shown above represents all of the positions within the band, including high grade positions. This is not a high grade position; therefore, the salary may be limited to a GS-13 Step 10 (currently $137,000). Responsibilities You will be responsible for the development of the workforce, effective execution of workload consistent with organizational initiatives and objectives, and for providing outstanding support and service to assigned customers. You will plan, distribute, coordinate, and monitor work assignments of subordinates; evaluates work performance and provides feedback on their performance. You will further organizational and agency programs and initiatives by coordinating and integrating work that involves distinct areas of responsibility and that requires varying skills, knowledge, and abilities to execute the mission. You will formulate objectives and implement plans consistent with long-term interests of the organization in a global environment that takes into consideration the environment, resources, capabilities, constraints, and organizational goals. You will capitalize on opportunities and manages risks, recognizing the implications for the organization and stakeholders; develop and implement the organization's project and programmatic policies and procedures. Requirements Conditions of Employment Qualifications Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the NT-04 (GS-11/12 equivalent) pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: leading the planning and execution of projects, programs, or initiatives by managing project resources and quality deliverables to ensure mission objectives are met.
