The Red Gate Group is seeking a Senior Data Analyst to support enterprise data management, analysis, and integration initiatives for a federal intelligence community customer. This position plays a critical role in establishing end-to-end data management practices and ensuring data interoperability across the Defense Intelligence Enterprise.
Responsibilities
+ Develop, share, and analyze a comprehensive array of data to support mission objectives and inform decision-making
+ Establish and implement end-to-end data management practices and adopt foundational IC standards
+ Foster interoperability across the IC data ecosystem
+ Oversee incorporation of mission datasets into enterprise data catalogs, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and usability
+ Capture relevant metadata for improved data discovery and lineage tracking
+ Prepare alternatives analyses, business cases, and impact assessments for Government review, incorporating technical and integration perspectives
+ Perform cost, schedule, and performance trade-off analyses and provide recommendations for Government consideration
+ Assess current Government customer relationship and experience programs via customer surveys, policy review, interviews, focus groups, and product reviews
+ Consolidate stakeholder feedback and maintain program records for Government use
+ Prepare recurring and ad hoc reports, briefings, and data calls that provide program status, risk updates, and performance metrics to Government leadership
+ Support the development and maintenance of program schedules, dashboards, and performance metrics
+ Conduct business process analysis to identify opportunities for improved efficiency in enterprise service delivery
+ Engage with stakeholders to gather user requirements, facilitate workshops, and foster collaboration, ensuring that feedback is integrated into project workflows and deliverables
Required Qualifications
+ Active TS/SCI security clearance
+ Master's Degree in Data Science, Analytics, Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field
+ 8+ years of experience in data analysis or related field
+ Strong proficiency in data analysis tools and methodologies
+ Experience with enterprise data management and data governance practices
+ Knowledge of metadata standards and data cataloging
+ Experience developing business cases, impact assessments, and trade-off analyses
+ Strong skills in data visualization and reporting
+ Experience preparing executive-level briefings and reports
+ Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders
Desired Qualifications
+ Experience supporting federal government or intelligence community customers
+ Familiarity with Defense Intelligence Enterprise (DIE) data systems and standards
+ Experience with sensor data integration and analysis
+ Knowledge of IC data standards and interoperability requirements
+ Experience with data brokering, discovery, access, and retrieval systems
+ Proficiency in SQL, Python, or other data analysis programming languages
+ Experience with business intelligence tools (Tableau, Power BI, etc.)
+ Understanding of DoD and IC data governance policies
