Job Purpose & Scope

Responsible for the day-to-day operational support of the sales and credit managers in indirect and correspondent lending.

Essential Job Functions

+ Ensures accuracy of all information entered into all systems.

+ Assists the sales support manager with data entry, review and correction of errors within loan forms/packages, daily report reconciliation, monthly mailing, and due diligence.

+ Contacts the customer/dealer to communicate consumer lending rates, disbursements and/or other information in an accurate and timely manner, as needed.

+ Maintains data integrity within front-end origination systems (i.e., Dealer Track, Route One, TCI/Decision Lender).

+ Regularly exercises discretion and judgment in the performance of essential job functions.

+ Maintains good punctuality and attendance.

+ Follows Bank policy, procedures and guidelines.

+ Performs other related responsibilities as required or assigned.

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities

+ Knowledge of indirect and correspondent lending.

+ Ability to develop and maintain effective working relationships with employees at all levels of the organization.

+ Ability to provide excellent customer service and respond effectively and in a timely manner to internal and external client requests.

+ Ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing with internal and external clients.

+ Ability to demonstrate sound judgment when decision-making and problem solving.

+ Ability to troubleshoot complex issues.

+ Ability to manage time and multiple priorities effectively.

+ Ability to organize work and maintain attention to detail.

+ Ability to work under general supervision.

+ Ability to work as necessary to accomplish work objectives.

+ Ability to manage multiple priorities and work well with exacting deadlines.

+ Ability to maintain confidentiality.

+ Skill in using Microsoft Windows and MS Office applications, including Excel and Word.

Basic Qualifications

+ High School diploma required.

+ Minimum of one (1) year experience with computers, including Microsoft Suite (Word and Excel), required.

+ Minimum of one (1) year of work experience with titles and research preferred.
