In this role, you will help drive technology implementation projects for Disney banners—including Disney Motion Picture Productions, Marvel Studios, Twentieth Century Studios, Searchlight Pictures—as well as Enterprise Tech and Corporate. You will report to the Sr. Manager of Studio Technology Operations and Insights and play a key part in delivering innovative solutions across the studio.

    What You Will Do

+ Create project plans for select initiatives in coordination with other APMs/PMs on the team.

+ Manage the intake, documentation, and coordination of project and task requests from clients across the Studio via calls, direct requests, emails, and ticketing systems.

+ Answer phones/emails from stakeholder requestors and communicate status.

+ Collaborate with other project and resource managers to assign resources, prioritize tasks, and ensure optimal resource availability.

+ Support daily project management functions, such as meeting notes, action item follow-ups, and project communications.

+ Support sprint ceremonies, including planning, daily standups, reviews, retrospectives, and reporting; develop familiarity with project KPIs and dashboards.

+ Update tasks in project management and ticketing tools (e.g., Smartsheet, JIRA, Jira Service Management, Scheduall).

+ Communicate effectively with stakeholders regarding updates and task coordination using organizational tools (e.g., Microsoft Teams, Outlook, and Jira Service Management).

    Required Qualifications & Skills

+ Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in project management, technical coordination, or a related field.

+ Ability to work effectively under pressure, manage multiple tasks, and organize work efficiently.

+ Proficiency with project management and communication tools: JIRA, JIRA Service Manager, Smartsheet, Scheduall, and Microsoft Office (including Outlook and Teams).

+ Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

    + Strong customer service orientation.

+ Demonstrated analytical and problem-solving abilities.

+ Experience using PowerBi is a plus.

    Required Education
