    A Day in the Life

     

    In this role, you will be the strategic engine for the brand, transforming complex data into actionable insights that drive growth across all consumer touchpoints. You will bridge the gap between data science and commercial strategy, providing a 360-degree view of the business to optimize performance in both digital and physical retail.

     

    + Drive Omni-Channel Strategy: You will architect and maintain advanced omni-channel dashboards to monitor business health, conduct deep-dive analyses to identify growth levers, and partner with Consumer & Market Intelligence (CMI) to decode the modern consumer journey.

    + Optimize Product & Distribution: You will lead the omni-channel assortment strategy to ensure product mixes are optimized for each channel and direct the annual "Sales by Account" analysis to maintain a rigorous map of the distribution landscape.

    + Accelerate Digital Performance: You will analyze e-commerce productivity to maximize ROI, evaluate the business impact of online services like virtual consultations, and synthesize complex data to uncover untapped opportunities for digital expansion.

    + Enhance Retail Excellence: You will evaluate individual store performance through rigorous basket analysis, measure the efficacy of offline services, and monitor in-store merchandising initiatives to optimize our physical retail footprint.

     

    We Are Looking For

     

    We are seeking a strategic thinker who can connect the dots between disparate data sources to build a cohesive and compelling narrative. Your ability to translate complex data into clear, business-focused language for senior leadership will be key to your success. You thrive in a fast-paced, matrixed environment and possess a proactive mindset to drive results.

    To be a great match for this role, you have:

    + Business Intelligence & Analytics: Proven ability in turning complex data sets into strategic, actionable insights for business growth. You have a mastery of BI tools (e.g., PowerBI, Tableau) and advanced Excel modeling.

    + Strategic Thinking: A talent for synthesizing information from various sources to build a cohesive strategic narrative and identify future trends.

    + Omni-channel Acumen: Deep understanding of the interplay between e-commerce (D2C, e-Retail) and traditional brick-and-mortar retail dynamics.

    + Stakeholder Management: Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to influence and present complex findings clearly to cross-functional partners and senior leadership.

    + Agile Project Management: You are highly organized and capable of navigating a fast-paced environment, managing multiple priorities and stakeholders effectively.

    + Salary Range: $98,400 – $140,200 (The actual compensation will depend on a variety of job-related factors which may include geographic location, work experience, education, and skill level Competitive Benefit Package (Medical, Dental, Vision, 401K, Pension Plan)
