The HR Digital Solutions Analyst is an entry-level role within the Human Resources team responsible for supporting the design, implementation, and optimization of HR technology platforms. This role will contribute to the recommendation, development, and administration of HR systems such as the Human Resource Information System (HRIS), Learning Management System (LMS), Applicant Tracking System (ATS), and other digital HR tools, including AI driven solutions. The HR Digital Solutions Analyst will collaborate with HR and IT colleagues to ensure that systems are configured, maintained, and leveraged to improve efficiency, employee experience, and data-driven decision-making.
This position does not offer Visa Sponsorship, STEM-OPT, or OPT support.
This position offers 1 day remote from home schedule and is not remote. Candidates must reside in Houston area during employment.
Essential Responsibilities
+ Assist in the implementation, configuration, and maintenance of HR technology systems, including HRIS, LMS, ATS, and other human capital management platforms.
+ Partner with HR and IT to test, validate, and troubleshoot system functionality, data accuracy, and reporting features.
+ Support the integration of AI-enabled solutions to streamline HR processes.
+ Develop and maintain HR dashboards and reports to support data driven decision making.
+ Provide end user support, including training, documentation, and guidance on HR systems and digital tools.
+ Collaborate with HR team members to identify opportunities to enhance system usage, automation, and employee experience.
+ Ensure system security and compliance with data privacy regulations and company policies.
+ Stay current on emerging HR technology trends, particularly in AI, analytics, and digital learning.
Qualifications
+ Bachelor’s degree in information systems, computer science, engineering, human resources, business administration, or a related field; equivalent experience will also be considered.
+ Up to 2 years of professional experience with exposure to HR systems, data analysis, or IT support (internship or project experience accepted).
+ Basic knowledge of HRIS platforms, LMS systems, or other HR technology tools is required.
+ Familiarity with data analysis and reporting tools is an advantage.
+ Interest in AI applications, automation, and digital transformation in HR.
+ Strong analytical skills, with the ability to troubleshoot issues and identify solutions.
+ Effective communicator with the ability to explain technical concepts in simple terms to HR colleagues and end-users.
