    A strategic leader responsible for modernizing end-to-end supply chain operations to improve efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance customer experience. Transformation/enablement leader plays a critical role within the Service Organizations by creating capabilities to create processes and systems to measure and enhance the productivity and performance of the Service organization. Essentially, a transformation and enablement leader is responsible for equipping teams with the tools, resources, and strategies needed to excel in their roles and meet the deliverables of the organization. This position is critical for driving organizational growth and efficiency. ​Transformation and enablement leader works closely with cross functional teams to identify gaps in processes and skills, then design and implement structured programs to bridge these gaps. This could include everything from creating appropriate metrics, training programs, and providing necessary tools to foster communication and collaboration across organizations.

    What You’ll Be Doing:

    + Strategic Roadmap Development: Define and execute a multi-year transformation roadmap aligned with enterprise goals.

    + Digital Innovation: Lead the implementation of advanced technologies such as AI/ML, cloud-based analytics, and ERP/WMS/OMS systems (e.g., Oracle, SAP, Manhattan).

    + Network Optimization: Design and implement optimized distribution networks, including site selection, sourcing models, and transportation footprint redesign.

    + Program Governance: Oversee high-impact project portfolios, managing budgets, timelines, and benefit realization.

    + Change Management: Lead organizational shifts by training staff on new processes and fostering a culture of continuous improvement.

    + Cross-Functional Collaboration: Serve as a primary liaison between IT, Finance, Sales, and Operations to ensure project alignment

    + Developing initiatives for the org: Create comprehensive Key Performance Indicators tailored to the needs of cross functional teams, including customer facing teams. This involves identifying skill gaps, designing content, and organizing workshops, seminars, and online tools. This can help in identifying areas that need improvement and adjusting strategies accordingly.

    + Developing Training Programs: Create comprehensive training programs tailored to the needs of different teams. This involves identifying skill gaps, designing content, and organizing workshops, seminars, and online courses.

    + Enhancing Communication: Facilitate effective communication channels between departments to ensure that information flows seamlessly and efficiently. This often involves the implementation of communication tools and protocols.

    + Resource Management: Ensure teams have access to the necessary tools, resources, and information they need to perform their duties effectively. This can include software tools, databases, and other knowledge resources.

    + Collaboration with Stakeholders: Work closely with key partners, including senior leadership, to align enablement strategies with organizational goals. This also involves gathering feedback and continuously improving enablement approaches.

    + Onboarding Support: Support new hires through structured onboarding programs that quickly bring them up to speed with the company’s processes, tools, and culture.

    + Content Creation: Develop and maintain a repository of content such as playbooks, guides, and standards that can be used by various teams for reference and learning.

    What We Need to See:

    + Strong communication skills are essential for a transformation/enablement leader to effectively convey information, lead training sessions, and foster collaboration between teams.

    + Minimum of 18 overall years relevant experience including at least 7+ years of senior management experience in large, cross-matrix, and geo-dispersed technology organizations.

    + The finalist candidate must have a Bachelor’s degree, a related technical field, or equivalent experience. Master’s degree is highly desirable.

    + Project Management: The ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines is critical. This includes skills in planning, organization, and execution.

    + Analytical Thinking: Strong analytical skills are needed to assess performance metrics, identify areas for improvement, and understand the impact of enablement initiatives.

    + Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with various tools and technologies used in enablement, such as Learning Management Systems (LMS), Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software, and data analysis tools.

    + Problem-Solving: The ability to quickly identify problems, devise solutions, and implement changes effectively is crucial in this role.

    + Adaptability: Enablement Managers need to be flexible and adaptable to changing circumstances and evolving organizational needs.

    + Interpersonal Skills: Building strong relationships with team members, stakeholders, and other departments is vital for the success of enablement initiatives.

    Your base salary will be determined based on your location, experience, and the pay of employees in similar positions. The base salary range is 292,000 USD - 442,750 USD.
