    Journeyman Industrial Electrician

     

    Ultimate LLC is **immediately hiring Industrial Electricians** for commercial projects in the Debary/Orange City area. The pay range is up to $ **30** per hour based on experience. All journeyman electricians are scheduled 40+ hours a week. We are looking for skilled craftsmen to add to our team of dedicated, safe, productive, and proven craftsmen. Ultimate LLC provides **weekly pay** for all employees with no week in the hole and optional direct deposit.

    Industrial Electrician Responsibilities:

    + Assemble, install, test, and maintain electrical or electronic wiring, equipment, appliances, apparatus, and fixtures, using hand tools and power tools.

    + Diagnose malfunctioning systems, apparatus, and components, using test equipment and hand tools to locate the cause of a breakdown and correct the problem.

    + Connect wires to circuit breakers, transformers, or other components.

    + Inspect electrical systems, equipment, and components to identify hazards, defects, and the need for adjustment or repair and to ensure compliance with codes.

    + Advise management on whether continued operation of equipment could be hazardous.

    + Test electrical systems and continuity of circuits in electrical wiring, equipment, and fixtures, using testing devices such as ohmmeters, voltmeters, and oscilloscopes, to ensure compatibility and safety of all systems.

    + Other duties as assigned.

    Required Skills, Qualifications, and Experience:

    + 5+ years of industrial electrical experience.

    + Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills.

    + Ability to thoroughly follow instructions.

    + Ability to understand and anticipate the needs of team members.

    + Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

    + Ability to work well in a team environment.

    + Knowledge of National Electrical Code (NEC)

    + Proficient in Blueprint reading.

    + Understanding of one-line diagrams and PLCs.

    + Wastewater and Water Treatment Plant experience *Preferred*
