Your Journey • Communicate, discuss, and direct pre and post event banquet setup needs• Ordering from Banquet Event Orders• Conduct monthly inventories• Distribute product to bars and maintain during events• Complete consumption sheets per event for billing• Maintain organization of storage areas • Meet with guests, hold banquet bartenders to opening and closing duties• Plan and facilitate regularly-scheduled banquet bartender trainings• Have floor presence during events to maintain high standards of service and attention to detail • Manage guest/Bartender expectations• Perform additional duties as assigned that may be outside the scope of duties, based on business demands About You • You love working as part of a team • You are passionate about providing exceptional guest service and creating memorable moments • You are open to learning, developing, and growing both yourself, personally, and helping others do the same • You are trustworthy and have integrity • You are able/ willing to direct & lead bartenders

     

    Must Haves • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends and holidays • Ability to collaborate in a team environment • Ability to drive the gas powered vehicles & box trucks • Desire to create WOW moments for guests• One year minimum of experience in food and beverage operations within a hotel or resort environment • Intermediate computer skills • Luxury hotel experience, a plus You Will Enjoy • Free meals • Free uniforms and cleaning • Ongoing community outreach events • Hotel discounts • Associates’ events throughout the year • Healthcare benefits • 401k retirement plan with company matching Physical Requirements • Grasping, holding, sitting, walking, repetitive motions, bending over • Ability to stand and exercise mobility for extended periods of time during your scheduled shift • Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds regularly and for extended periods during the shift • Ability to push and pull food serving equipment and carts weighing up to 200 pounds on a semi - regular basis At Montage, we want every guest and every associate to feel that they belong.
