Are you passionate about building strong relationships and driving quality healthcare? As a Network Manager, you'll collaborate with a talented team and partner with dental providers to deliver high-quality, cost-effective care to UPMC Health Plan members. In this role, you'll be the bridge between providers and internal teams, helping set priorities, solve challenges, and create meaningful impact.
This is a hybrid position requiring on-site presence three days a week-Monday, Wednesday, and Thursday-while offering remote flexibility on other days
What You'll Do
* Grow the Network: Support expansion efforts and help bring new providers on board.
* Be a Trusted Partner: Present provider performance reports and work closely with practices to identify opportunities for improvement.
* Solve Problems: Coordinate resolutions for provider issues and ensure smooth collaboration.
* Drive Performance: Analyze clinical and financial trends, recommend actions, and communicate insights to providers.
* Keep Everyone Connected: Maintain ongoing communication and training for providers and team members.
* Credential New Providers: Work with our dental vendor to ensure timely onboarding.
* Manage Key Tasks: Assign departmental requests to Provider Account Executives and assist with provider data changes.
* Lead Projects: Participate in initiatives that shape the future of our network.
* Maintain Contracts: Oversee existing agreements and ensure compliance.

+ Bachelor's Degree in business, health care, management, or a related field is preferred or equivalent experience is required, 3 years of experience in health care industry or professional business industry
+ Ability to forge strong interpersonal relationships within the department, other departments, and with the physician network.
+ Strong leadership, planning, communication, documentation, organizational, analytical, and problem solving abilities.
+ Ability to interpret and summarize results of various analyses in a timely manner.
+ Ability to re-engineer processes to positively impact the performance of the department and the Health Plan, as well as individual provider offices.
+ Ability to analyze financial and clinical results and to comprehend forecasting models.
+ Willingness to travel extensively to regional service area within Pennsylvania
+ Demonstrated ability to work independently and manage assigned territoryLicensure, Certifications, and Clearances:Valid Pennsylvania Driver's License required
