    As a Security Officer – Concierge, there is a high focus on customer service since you will be working with people on all shifts, in environments such as office towers, hotels, shopping centers, etc.

    What’s in it for you:

    + Set schedule: 40-hour work week.

    + Swing: 3pm to 11pm: Saturday to Wednesday.

    Responsibilities of a Concierge Security Guard

     

    + Excellent customer service is always your top priority as you answer phones, greet people, handle vendors, and check IDs.

    + You observe, survey the area, and provide reporting on activity at your assigned location.

    + You may be tasked in doing foot and vehicle patrols.

    + You may be asked to work the truck gate, checking incoming and outgoing trucks.

    + You provide rapid response in critical situations.

    + You’re good with reading and writing detailed reports.

    + You are proficient at working with computers and other electronic tools.

    + You know when and how to enforce customer procedures, regulations and standards.

    + + Qualifications of a Concierge Security Guard

    + + You have at least a high school/GED diploma or transcripts in hand.

    + You have a valid PILB in hand.

    + You’re able to ace (and pass) an extensive screening process.

    + You have 2 years' experience in a fast-paced environment.

    + You have at least 1 year with truck gate experience.

    + You have the physical stamina to be on your feet and handle the weather throughout your shift, as needed.

    + You possess excellent people skills.

    + You are exceptional at working with Electronics, computers, phones, alarm systems, and other hi-tech tools.

    + You have a driver's license, and a clean driving record.

    + You have outstanding work ethic!

    + You are authorized to work in the U.S.
