The Communications development program is a 12-month program for new college graduates in the Communications organization.

    Position Overview

    We're seeking a creative and enthusiastic **Graphics Designer** to join our team. In this role, you will collaborate with our team to develop compelling visual content across various platforms. We're looking for someone who is passionate about graphics design, adaptable to feedback, and committed to ongoing learning and skill development. The ability to communicate effectively with team members and translate ideas into compelling graphics is essential.

    Key Responsibilities

    + Create designs for digital and print media that could include graphics for social media, website, marketing materials, promotional content and more.

    + Collaborate to understand project requirements and translate concepts into effective visual solutions.

    + Maintain brand consistency across all design projects while adhering to established style guidelines.

    + Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines

    + Stay current with design trends, tools, and best practices

    Minimum Requirements

    + Bachelor's degree in Graphics Design, Visual Communication, or related field

    + Cumulative 3.0/4.0 GPA or higher

    Preferred Qualifications

    + Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite (particularly Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign)

    + Basic understanding of design principles including typography, color theory, and layout

    + Portfolio demonstrating graphic design skills

    + Self-motivated with excellent time management skills

    + Eagerness to continuously learn and develop new skills
