    Job Description

    BAE Systems' Electronic Systems sector is seeking a Technical Intern to join its PGSS business area for a 10 week internship over the summer of 2026. This individual will be focused on Manufacturing & Process Engineering, and will be embedded with a team aligned to that discipline.

    Full-time onsite:

    Because of the need for consistent, in-person collaboration and/or the requirement to perform all work onsite due to the nature of this role, it will be performed fulltime on site. **This means work will be conducted on location at a BAE Systems facility 100% of the time.** *****To be considered for this role, this individual must be either local to the Hudson, NH area, or willing to relocate for the duration of the internship.*****

    Required Education, Experience, & Skills

    + Actively enrolled in a Bachelor s Degree program in Industrial, Mechanical, or Electrical Engineering (must have completed either Sophomore or Junior year)

    + Enrolled in or have taken Mechanical Engineering classes, Electrical Engineering Classes, or Industrial Engineering classes

    + Data Analytics experience / exposure (database design, working with databases)

    + MS Office (Excel, Word)

    + Motivated individual with strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently

    + Effective communication skills (both verbal and written)

    Preferred Education, Experience, & Skills

    + Previous internship experience in a technical operations setting (manufacturing, industrial, process engineering)

    + Continuous improvement projects at school or work setting

     

    Pay Information

     

    Full-Time Salary Range: $44660 - $62088

     

    Please note: This range is based on our market pay structures. However, individual salaries are determined by a variety of factors including, but not limited to: business considerations, local market conditions, and internal equity, as well as candidate qualifications, such as skills, education, and experience.

     

    Temporary employees generally are not eligible for BAE Systems benefits, but can elect to participate in the 401(k) savings plan. Temporary employees working 20 hours per week are eligible for medical benefits, the employee assistance program, and business travel accident insurance.
