    We are currently hiring for an **Executive Director of Commercial Banking** , located in our downtown **Salt Lake City, UT** location.

     

    + Responsible for leading and managing the commercial banking division, focusing on developing strategic initiatives to drive growth and profitability.

    + Oversees a team of banking professionals, fostering relationships with clients, and ensures the delivery of exceptional banking services.

    + Manages, solicits and develops corporate banking throughout the state.

    + Monitors portfolio risk.

    + Generates deposits and fee income.

    + Approves and makes recommendations for the approval of loans.

    + Establishes and monitors performance objectives for the state.

    + Negotiates highly complex loans and resolves more complicated credit issues.

    + Other duties as required.

    Qualifications:

    + Requires a high school degree with a Bachelors degree preferred and 12+ years of experience in lending, credit or banking and management experience or other directly related experience. A combination of education and experience may meet requirements.

    + Requires an extensive in-depth knowledge of commercial banking services or related fields and the ability to apply that information to the current role.

    + Ability to create, authorize changes, develop and revise policies, procedures.

    + Consistently utilizes in-depth knowledge of specific function to guide and direct managers and teams in the design and development of broad creative and resourceful programs and procedures.

    + Applies highly advanced concepts in decision-making and problem-solving activities.
