Job Description

Insight Global is looking for a Business Analyst to join the team of one of our supply chain clients. Day-to-day, this individual will be gathering requirements and creating clear, actionable user stories and acceptance criteria with Jira. They'll have to lead workshops and act as a liaison between the business, engineering, and architecture teams. The business analyst will be responsible for conducting gap analyses, creating scopes around solutions, and updating business process documentation using Confluence. They should be comfortable using visualization tools such as Miro to create flowcharts and various diagrams. They must have strong communication skills, with an ability to be concise and facilitate diplomatic, effective conversations amongst senior leadership. The hourly rat would be between $38-44/hr.

Skills and Requirements

- Bachelor's degree

- 4-7+ years of experience as a business analyst

-Well-versed in gathering requirements and writing user stories and epics and leading workshops

- Skilled in using Jira for user stories, acceptance criteria, backlog management, and sprint tracking

- Well-versed in utilizing Confluence for requirements documentation, project notes, and other updates

- Experience using Miro for visual diagrams, charts, process flows, and ideation

- Comfortable collaborating with business stakeholders and senior leadership

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills and self-motivated attitude - background in the wholesale distribution industry
