Job Description

Lead and supervise OSP (Outside Plant) cable installation crews, ensuring projects are completed safely, on time, and to quality standards. Responsibilities include scheduling, coordinating work, maintaining documentation, and serving as the primary point of contact for customers and field teams.

Skills and Requirements

Must Haves

Leadership experience (Foreman level or above)

Strong knowledge of Microsoft tools (Excel, Outlook, Word)

Familiarity with Bluebeam for plan review and markups

Ability to manage schedules, crews, and customer communication professionally

Solid understanding of OSP construction practices (aerial/buried cable, fiber/coax) Pluses

Experience with procurement or inventory systems

Certifications (FOA/CFOT, OSHA, traffic control, etc.)

Knowledge of splicing/testing and fiber acceptance

CDL or heavy equipment experience
