Job Description
- Develop and analyze various data and product specifications to determine present standards.
- Define and communicate system and product quality performance expectations.
- Coordinate quality objectives with various departments using work instructions.
- Plan, organize and implement projects to evaluate precision and accuracy of production and processing equipment and testing, measurement, and analytical facilities.
- Represent administrative staff in meetings, in efforts that require research and investigation into product/process performance with either internal or external customers.
- Supervise/manage workers engaged in system and product support activities.
- Plan, organize and implement training activities related to system or product tasks.
- Manage plant internal audit and quality system requirements and activities including audit scheduling and assume facility specific management representative responsibilities in third party audit activities.
- Represent the customer in internal functions such as setting quality objectives and corrective/preventive actions.

Skills and Requirements
- Must be bilingual in English and Spanish
- 2+ years of quality system managmenet experience
- Must be able to work on site in Garland, TX
- Excellent communication skills – verbal and written - Bachelor’s degree
