    Job Description

    Responsibilities

    Lead the end‑to‑end stand‑up of a new application, partnering closely with the hiring manager on architecture and design decisions.

     

    Build high‑quality, scalable front‑end features using React and modern JavaScript/TypeScript patterns.

     

    Contribute to backend development as needed, supporting API integration and data workflows.

     

    Work directly with stakeholders to gather requirements, translate business needs into technical solutions, and drive product direction.

     

    Take initiative in shaping the system’s technical vision, ensuring scalability, maintainability, and long‑term success.

     

    Integrate and manage data using MongoDB and DynamoDB.

     

    Deploy and support application components in AWS.

    Skills and Requirements

    Required Skills

    5+ years of full‑stack development experience, with a strong emphasis on front‑end React.

     

    Proven experience leading or architecting a system from scratch (greenfield build experience required).

     

    Strong proficiency in React, JavaScript/TypeScript, and modern UI development practices.

     

    Hands‑on experience with AWS services (Lambda, API Gateway, EC2, S3, etc.).

     

    Experience with MongoDB and DynamoDB.

     

    Ability to work directly with stakeholders and drive technical decisions independently.

     

    Strong communication, ownership, and problem‑solving skills.
