    Job Description

    Insight Global is seeking a project manager for a client based in Kansas City. Experience shall be in buildings of at least the similar size (over 1M SF) and characteristics of the building(s) (high-rise commercial buildings) to be operated and maintained. This includes but is not limited to experience in accomplishing preventive maintenance management and repairs to the following types of systems with similar rated capacities: Uninterruptible Power Supply (UPS) systems, large chiller plants, low pressure boilers, computerized fire alarm systems, emergency generators, high voltage switchgear, and complex building automation systems.

    Skills and Requirements

    • Strong PM experience

    • Maximo – CMMS for WO system – 3 + yrs

    • BAS experience – it’s a system for experience or training on

    • Soft Skills – working with stakeholders

    • Experience directing project work

    • Experience with bid walks

    • Proposal prep

    • Receiving quotes for projects

    • Building operations and maintenance

    • YOE – 5 Years of relevant as first line super or directing personnel

    Plusses:

    Day to day:

    • 50% day is maintenance and repairs

    • 50% is new projects – bids/subs
