Insight Global is seeking an ambitious Construction Accountant on behalf of a fast-growing electrical contracting company. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a growth-oriented environment and enjoys collaborating with project managers and field teams to ensure accurate financial reporting.

Key Responsibilities

Manage accounting functions for construction projects, including cost tracking and reporting

Prepare and analyze budgets, forecasts, and financial statements

Ensure compliance with internal governance and industry standards

Collaborate with project managers and field teams to maintain accurate financial data

Compensation & Benefits:

$90K–$140K. Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education. Benefit packages for this role will start on the 1st day of employment and include medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as HSA, FSA, and DCFSA account options, and 401k retirement account access with employer matching. Employees in this role are also entitled to paid sick leave and/or other paid time off as provided by applicable law.

Skills and Requirements

What We’re Looking For

4–5 years of accounting experience (construction industry preferred)

Strong organizational and communication skills

Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment

Reliable, team-oriented, and adaptable to a culture that values accountability and ambition

Pluses: CPA but not required - CPA not required, but nice to have

- Construction Background preferred
