Job Description
The Emerging Partner Success Manager serves as a strategic thought partner to the sales organization, using specialized expertise to identify issues, recommend best practices, and enhance sales team efficiency and effectiveness. This role is responsible for managing sales data, preparing high-impact reports, coordinating cross-functionally, and ensuring smooth communication between internal teams and external partners. By streamlining processes and delivering critical support, this position enables the sales team to focus on driving revenue and achieving key business goals.
Job Description
Essential Responsibilities
• Identify operational or process gaps and recommend best practices to improve sales team efficiency and effectiveness.
• Lead and participate in cross-functional projects and programs, ensuring successful outcomes through strong coordination and collaboration.
• Prepare detailed sales reports, dashboards, and presentations, providing insights that support strategic decision-making.
• Maintain and strengthen relationships with clients and emerging partners, ensuring their needs are met and they remain satisfied with PayPal’s offerings.
• Respond promptly and effectively to inquiries from external partners and internal sales teams, ensuring clear and accurate communication.
• Foster a culture of continuous improvement within the partner success team, promoting operational excellence, learning, and professional development.
• Collaborate closely with teams across geographies and functions to ensure alignment, share updates, and support a seamless partner experience.
