Job Description
Insight Global is seeking Mid Level Java Developer for one of our top Banking clients in Des Moines, IA. This individual is being brought in to assist with several projects supporting the Asset Management area of the business. Much of this role will involve heads down backend development (95%) including a new application build out, and minimal front end development work.
Hourly pay rate for this position ranges between $40.00-50.00 and is dependent on years of experience and skill set coming in with.

Skills and Requirements
• 6-8 years of Java backend application development experience.
• Experience building microservices.
• Spring boot.
• Messaging Queue; Rapid MQ preferred.
• Restful web services
• Highly proficient in SQL; interacting with databases & building out apps.
• Test driven.
• Experience building CICD pipelines.
• Experience and interest in on prem development work. • OAUTH
• Angular on the front end.
• CyberArk
• Jenkins
• Java 21 or experience migrating from a lower Java to Java 21.
