Job Title: Deployed Support Analyst
Job Type: Full-time & 5 days in office (no flexibility for hybrid or remote)
Duration: 6 Month Contract with potential hire
Salary: 20-24hr

Insight Global is seeking a Desktop Support Analyst to support campus-wide IT services at a leading diversified industrial technology university. This role provides hands-on technical support to faculty, staff, and students, delivering exceptional customer service across multiple support channels. The Desktop Support Analyst will be responsible for resolving technical issues through ticketing systems (TDX), walk-in support, phone calls, emails, and meetings. Responsibilities include troubleshooting hardware and software issues, supporting desktop and PC setups, and assisting with Spartan Gaming Network field deployments. This role also requires frequent documentation of IT processes, SOPs, and training materials, as well as performing basic hardware installations and maintenance across campus. Commonly used systems and tools include Active Directory, ServiceNow, Intune, and internal standard operating procedures and training resources.

• Soft Skills: Excellent communication, willing to learn/be trained, great work ethic
• Requirements:
o Ability to pass a background check and drug screening Preferred Skills
• Desktop Support within medical, education or military background
